Functional minimalism with weight and presence. This sculptural desk lamp was designed by Heinz F.W. Stahl for Hillebrand Leuchten in the 1970s. A study in clean lines and durable materials, it features a cast iron base with an oversized metal push switch, a flexible ribbed gooseneck stem, and a deep white enamel dome shade that throws a focused, soft beam of light.

Hillebrand was a key player in West German lighting, known for designs that aged well. Stahl’s work sits comfortably between space age and utilitarian, never ornamental, always deliberate.
