    What if my item arrives damaged?

    Please open your parcel and check your item in front of the delivery courier, in the rare case your item arrives damaged, kindly take clear and sharp images of the damaged box and what is inside. Please report it to me within a maximum of 4 working days, otherwise, I cannot claim insurance compensation.

    To claim a damaged parcel, please provide the following:

    - Damage report from your local postal organization.
    - Images of the shipping label and barcode.
    - Clear images of the damaged box inside and outside.
    - Clear images of the damaged item.

    I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.
