A cohesive green and clear glass serving bundle including a Jenaer Glas GDR carafe with green plastic handle, three Bodum Classic glass mugs with white plastic casings, and a NOS green melamine tray from Sweden, assembled around a shared material palette.
Jenaer Glas has been producing heat-resistant borosilicate glass in Jena, Germany since 1884. The GDR mark on the base places production in the East German period, when the Jena factory continued operating under state ownership with the same quality of glass and the same functional design language. The green plastic handle and lid are original and intact.
The three Bodum Classic glass mugs carry the early engraved Bodum logo, a pre-1990s mark that confirms these are from the original production run of one of the most enduring glass mug designs in Scandinavian kitchenware history. All three mugs are present with their white plastic casings.
The green melamine tray is new old stock, unused, Made in Sweden on the base.
All pieces in very good to excellent condition. The green handle, lid, mug casings and tray create a natural visual coherence across the three objects.
