Philips Infraphil Type 7529 table and wall lamp in cream enamelled aluminium body, red anodised aluminium ring that turns the shade to any angle, 360-degree rotation on the round base, and an integrated wall-mounting bracket on the underside.
The Infraphil 7529 is the most produced model in Philips' 752-series, introduced in the postwar decades as a domestic therapeutic device for infrared heat treatment. The series began in 1946 with the 7525 and the 7529 followed as the definitive iteration, the red anodised ring replacing an earlier uncoloured version, becoming the visual signature of the line.
The lamp is kept in its original unmodified configuration and is sold as a decorative and collector object. Any use with a B22D3 bulb requires prior technical verification by a qualified electrician.
