Vintage cone table lamp by SCE France, model Teepee MM (moyen modèle), Société Centrale d'Éclairage, produced in the 1980s and long discontinued. The form is a pure truncated cone in cased glass: the exterior surface is frosted, cool to the touch, and the interior is smooth white opaline that diffuses the light evenly downward and outward. The transparent crystal tip catches and releases light differently depending on the bulb, warm incandescent reads amber through it, while LED reads white. The base is circular and flat. Original SCE label intact underneath. Original wiring with a 2-metre white cord. E27 fitting.
