Vintage Belid T127 pendant lamp, attributed to Jan Eskil Eskilsson in white powder-coated steel, low saucer profile, original rise-and-fall rolly mechanism fully functional, made in Varberg, Sweden, 1980s.

Belid has manufactured lighting in Varberg, Sweden since 1969. The T127 belongs to the design family that would become one of their most enduring outputs, a considered working pendant that resolves the problem of glare-free directional light through the geometry of the shade itself rather than through added diffusers or complexity. The arched saucer form casts clean downward light while the white interior reflects warmth back into the room.
The rise-and-fall rolly mechanism is original, intact and fully functional, the coiled cord and metal pull handle operate cleanly. The ceiling cap is original. The E27 fitting is in working order. The lamp is in very good vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age.
