Vintage MCM bar set comprising a Guzzini Amanda pitcher designed by Ambrogio Pozzi and a Scaroni thermo wine cooler, both new old stock in original box and original nylon wrap, Italy 1970s.

The Amanda pitcher is one of Ambrogio Pozzi's most recognisable domestic objects with the clear acrylic body with black lid sits in the tradition of Italian industrial design at its most precise and functional. Pozzi, a Compasso d'Oro laureate, brought the same rigour to everyday tableware that his contemporaries reserved for furniture and lighting.
The Scaroni wine cooler pairs with it naturally, a red ABS cylinder with black handle, the cylindrical thermo form is pure Space Age confidence. Both pieces unused, both in original packaging. A bar pairing that has waited fifty years to be used.
